Where is the truck parked this weekend?
We post our spot on Instagram before we roll out, usually the same day. Follow @roll_n_grill and you will see it in your feed. We are out most Friday and Saturday nights.
Can I order ahead instead of waiting in line?
Yes. Build your order on the order page, tell us roughly when you are coming, and we will have it ready at the window. You pay when you pick it up.
What wing flavors do you have?
Buffalo, Buffalo Garlic, BBQ, Lemon Pepper and Parmesan Garlic. Every order is tossed when you order it, so it goes in the box hot.
Can I get more than one flavor on a big order?
Yes. On the order page, add the same size more than once and pick a different flavor each time. A 24 piece split across two flavors is a normal order for us.
What comes in a combo?
A combo is your wings plus a fry, a sambusa and a drink, all in one box. It works out cheaper than buying the pieces on their own.
Do you cater weddings and big events?
That is a lot of what we do. Weddings, festivals, work lunches, school events, birthdays, and family cookouts. Anything over about fifty people needs a real conversation instead of a checkout button, so send us the details through the catering form and we will build a menu around your crowd.
How far will you travel?
We cover Louisville, Bardstown, and southern Indiana without any trouble. If your event sits outside that, ask us anyway. We are happy to travel for the right one.
How much notice do you need for catering?
The sooner the better, because weekends fill up first. Send us your date as soon as you have it and we will tell you right away whether we are free.
How do I pay?
Online orders are paid at the truck window when you pick them up. For catering we work the payment out with you when we build your menu.
What is a sambusa?
A fried pastry folded into a triangle with a savory filling inside. It is crispy on the outside and hot in the middle. Most trucks around here do not carry them, and it is the thing people come back for.
